Albert Torres Online Store is always working to improve the quality and cost of shipping for both our U.S. and international customers. For this reason, shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice.

Shipping costs

Your exact shipping and handling cost, available shipping options, and any applicable taxes will appear in your Shopping Cart after you log in to (or create) your account. Since Albert Torres Online Store ships worldwide, it is not possible to calculate shipping and handling cost before logging in.

Additional shipping costs

You can be charged an additional shipping fee if we have to re-ship an item due to an address error. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Shipping Delays

On U.S. holidays order processing and/or shipping may be slightly delayed. U.S. carriers do not ship or deliver on the following dates:

Backorders (out of stock items)

Albert Torres Online Store makes every effort to get backordered item(s) re-stocked as soon as possible. If we haven't been able to locate and ship backordered item(s) to you in 30 days, these items will be canceled.

If we have been able to locate the backordered item(s), they will be delivered to you via the shipping method chosen at the time your order was placed.

U.S. taxes

We charge required local and state taxes for orders shipped to California. Some APO and FPO addresses may be charged California state tax.

Customs duties and taxes (non-U.S. destinations)

Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from Albert Torres Productions charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government.

You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with your local post office for more information.

Customs sticker

Albert Torres Productions is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-U.S. shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs sticker.

Late or lost international orders

In the event that an order shipped by Air Parcel Post is late, Albert Torres Productions must wait 45 days before considering the order officially "lost". These delays are usually attributed to the customs process and are beyond our control.

We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from AlbertTorresEvents.com. We do not accept returns of:

• Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
• Any CDs, DVDs, or VHS tapes that have been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for nonqualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a future purchase. Please note, the original expiration date will still apply.

Should you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate, you will not be refunded for the amount of the certificate, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. Any unexpired promotional funds used on the order would, however, be returned to your account for use toward future purchases.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you'll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return, which can be used at any time toward your purchases at AlbertTorresEvents.com. The gift certificate will be mailed to you at the same address to which the order was shipped. (Don't worry--we won't let the gift giver know about your return.)
